I had it on mine also. I think it might be AFDI, Pamela Geller's group. Pamela's email address is writeatlas [at] aol.com. Not 100% sure.
It's the designated recipient when using PayPal to make a donation to the Pamela Geller report.
I got this on my credit card from Paypal with "WHITEATLAS" and Paypal's phone number. They couldn't help, didn't understand what I was asking. Ari and CristCrtusader's Comments helped greatly, Thank You.
It's a monthly paypal charge for a contribution to Pamela Geller's daily email report. Every should read it!
