This charge was for a donation to the Red Cross for Hurricane Dorian in the Bahamas on Sept 4, 2019. I have not as yet recieved a confirmation for the transaction by e-mail although a verbal confirmation number was given over the phone on the transaction date. Now I am uncertain whether the transaction was a fraud.
