My Netspend debit card was charged 133.98 for a unauthorized purchase at greyhound lines cnp 2 at 4:18am and I need a refund immediately.

Why is whomever is doing this has not been investigated or stopped. I don't know if it's due to going through TurboTax or not but I will stick to my regular bank card next year. I was charge 82.99 us for my ticket for July 13,2022 and upon calling the my reservation they informed me that I have no such reservation. I would like a refund of my cash since I will now have ti rebook.
I got 2 charges that I do not recognize from GREYHOUND LINES CNP on my credit card: $305.99 on 9/22/22 and $87.98 on 9/21/22.
10/11/22 Charges 126.99 and it was immediately reversed...but they had charged multiple days and reversed tge charges before they actually hitvthe account. $30.95 and reversed it, $135.99 and reversed it. I froze the account and will replace the card. Did not purchase any Greyhound ticket....in fact they are out of business according to the website.

WTF how in the world can greyhound lines cnp take money out of someone's bank account for some fraud, and there is no way to hold them accountable for taking the money, This is plan and simple thief. you or I did something like this we would be sitting in jail. What is wrong with this world there is no protection for people that use their services, and protects them when they commit fraud, GREYHOUND LINES CNP NOTHING BUT CROOKS
