I have been charged 132$ in Quebec as well, and never visited that gym.
I have been charged 300$ in Quebec city and I have never visited this place!!!
IMPORTANT UPDATE: I left the comment above regarding the 300$. Actually, after searching a lot with a Mastercard employee, it turns out it was my hairdresser and not the gym. Several services can appear as "ENTRAINEMENT THRUST QUEBEC QC" on a bank statement and it's not necessarily the gym. The best thing to do is try to recall what you did that exact day and call the bank to figure it out and see if the microchip and NIP was used.
