Shapes abuses terms in their contract and will keep charging you long after you cancel
It’s Shapes Fitness personal collection agency. And both companies are really hard to deal with. Deceptive business practices to say the least.
Canceled my membership at Shapes almost 3 months ago, continued to charge me for 1.5 months after cancelation. Then I start getting phone calls from Citadel saying I owe 16 dollars. When I try and contact Shapes they redirect me to Citadel. Still not having any luck getting this resolved and am very worried that something as stupid as this will effect my credit score. VERY FRUSTRATING.
They work for Shapes. Cancelled my membership but they still continued to charge me and now I have an outstanding charge. I can't get a hold of either company to resolve this.
