I don recognise this charge

They stole $602.00 from my bank account. I have now been overdrawn. This is theft.

I Have no idea why they took $602.00 from my debit card. I have contacted law enforcement and my financial institution. I did not authorize this charge. This is fraud.

Was charged on my credit card 1116.00 usd and I have no idea what it is for. If anyone knows what type of business this is.

We have received numerous charges from AMR Direct and have disputed these. We are not aware who they are or how they have our credit card number. It's time for new credit card numbers.

Mine was for advance deposit at Dreams Tulum Mexico and is correct.

As someone who has previously made a reservation with a resort in Mexico; this is indeed a hotel reservation company if not a resort chain

Today over 1600 was withdrawn on a signed purchase for this location which I did not purchase. Just was checking my bank account and my jaw dropped. My bank seized my account but can’t promise I get my money back. What has everyone else done? Any luck getting it back?

This was for a hotel reservation at Secrets The Vine Cancun (all-inclusive resort) PAYMENT TERMS: A deposit of 1-night is due at the time of booking. The full balance will be automatically charged 14-days prior to arrival date to the original credit card used when making your reservation. We saw this as a refund on our card from Secrets resorts

This is an overarching travel organization which includes dreams, secrets and other resorts. It's a legit travel company and probably who you are supposed to pay for your accommodations. I was legitimately charged for a dreams resort in MX from this company.

My credit card was charged 09-23-2022 for a reservation that never went through. I need a refund of $1,636.80 back into my Visa.

My master card was used for two transactions on 11/11/2022. $723,49 + $1081,19 I need a refund of $1,804.68

This $1500 was for a portion of the money owed for my room that I reserved at the resort/spa called Dreams Natura In Mexico. It is correct.
