I have been as I got email saying it was free and next thing been charged for a service I can't get into so in my eyes it is fraud

This came up on my debit card and I definately didn't try to buy anything from them.
This site just charged o my credit card and I never had authorized this site. It's scam and I'm going to the UE tomorrow.
I apply online for a cash lone and now there had been 2 deductions from my account on the 16 Dec and 25 Dec of over R500 each. What do I do? Please??
