Someone is using your info on a adult site

Unknown on April 15, 2020

When calling the company the billing and operator connect to the same extension. The agents are very rude and needed a full CC number in order to help with billing issues as well as a full name. My card company is able to pull my account based on just the last 4 and my name. Dealing with an unknown charge I was obviously not willing to give this information. The man on the other line became very nasty and hung up.

Do you know what the source of this charge is?
