I'm not entirely sure what this company is or fully does. But this charge came after I paid for parking in a private lot across from the Hospital in Red Deer, so it is a legitimate charge.
I was billed $17.00 on April 19th and $8.50 on May 25th. I have no idea what these charges are for. Quinn Holdings is a name with which I am not familiar. Is this a scam?
This is for the parking meter for the parking lot at the Medical building North of the Hospital. The building is the Skyway Medical Centre.

We had a problem with a transaction at this parking lot. The machine run the parking cost up to $23.75 and would not allow me to cancel it. Since then I have tried to contact the contact number,only to get an answering service which connects you to an answering machine for the past week with No callback.
