I have the same charge and I am speaking to wellsfargo now. Aparantly this charge has gone as far back as 8/2015. $9.95 every month for 14 months. I guess the good news is that it wasn't $20 bucks a month but I am assuming that the lower rate is overlooked as a gym expense or something similar.
having $13.48 taken out of my account since October 2015. I have just reported it to my bank and they have cancelled my card and I am disputing the transactions.
