Amergeneral is a scam company who uses your eBay browsing to bill you for something you viewed. THEY then send you a mail the next day indicating your refund is being processed. NO refund is being processed, you will be on their watch list when viewing larger cost item which you never intended on purchasing yet get billed for. The best remedy I have found is empty your billed acct, request a new card from your bank and cancel old acct. I have had to do this twice to me this year and it's inconvenient. They seem to like using paypal, I cancelled any transactions from going thru paypal ever. GOOD luck.
