I have this charge on my visa card, its only for $5 but id love to know what it is im being charged for
i found a 10.00 charge on my Visa and have no idea what this is for.
In my case the charge was for a bus ticket from U of T Mississauga to downtown campus
My parking ppl charge was also a UTM Shuttle ticket I bought at the machine on UTM campus
Paid for a $9 parking ticket @ PPL in Niagara On The Lake and just notice my credit card was charged twice???
I have seen many of these ppl Toronto, my cc has been cancelled and confirmed it has been compromised.

Ok i just had it come up on my statement Parking PPL Toronto when I was not in Toronto, but I did make the charge to park in a different city so I my guess would be that Toronto owns this machines.
I had this charge show on my credit card. I'm from AB and was not in Toronto. Contacted my credit card company, they declared the charge as fraud and is issuing me a new card.

It's Precise Parklink, parking garage or lot. their head office is in toronto, does not mean charge took place there.

Parking PPL - charge was 14.25 - daily max charge at Freeport Hospital in Kitchener, Ontario, for the handicapped parking out front at the hospital. Clearly the parent company must be in Toronto/North York. Too bad they couldn't put the town of the actual parking on our MasterCard bill, that would have saved me a lot of time and trouble !!
PPL is Precise Parking Link. Their head office is in Toronto but they provide parking lot services across Canada.

I hate these obscure charges with baffling locations. Im in BC, not Ontario and after a great deal of mind searching I realized it was a boat launch fee I paid in Pitt Meadows BC. for a friend who was taking me up a lake.
