This was for my child's birth certificate
I did not charge $45 on my card forMGCS-SO BIRTH/OTHERCER Thunder Bay Ontario
The Likelihood is some sort of government issued certificate such as marriage certificate etc
i applied on line for a replacement birthcertificate on April 4/2022 as of yet no correspondence from what i believed to be service ontario. The charge was $35.00

Do not know who or why this was charged...I have a birth certificate and I have a marriage licence so why did someone do a search/charge?
I was charged $130.00 April 16/2021 by this company. Didn't pick up the fraudulent charge until recently. I have not requested a copy of my Birth or Marriage Certificate

I submitted a request for a name change and they approved my request and charged my card $137
