December 22, 2016: Beatles with Ed Sullivan on display in a North Vancouver, BC liquor store supposedly set up as a "high bidder gets it" auction. We then get a call from Amy who "confirms" that I won the bid. Of course then she needs my credit card number. When I asked where to pick up the item she says it has to be shipped to Victoria, BC from a location in eastern Canada and that could be 3 -4 weeks before and then another few days before I get it. I said I wanted some type of tracking information to assure that this was a real deal . She took my email address and assured me that I would get an email confirmation of shipment "within a few days". It has been over 3 weeks and I have never received an email or anything else from from her or anyone else at "MVP". As such I believe this is a scam. If this has happened to you be sure to file a complaint with your credit card company before the 30 day deadline expires!
