I had the same charge dated 29 May 2016! Don't know what it is.
I have a charge from LOCANOR AMIENS FR FRA 80000 [35,00€]. I have not used my card for over 1 months now, I have not travelled to france for over 2 months. When I searched google for Locanor it pointed to some AVIS website in France, Amiens. I did in fact rent a car a couple months ago with AVIS France (but in the airport!!!) and perhaps I left the tank not completely refilled, so a charge from AVIS would not be a full surprise to me. But I could reach this AVIS agency yet... they're not picking up the phone this morning...
The pending charge of $830 is far more than it should have been $ 200
