Hello i also have this on my credit card bill.
They said that the transaction had not gone through so I paid cash - therefore paid twice as the transaction did go through my bank.
My credit card was stolen out of my handbag in the metro near the pearl market in Beijing, also today on 3 December 2016. They made a transaction on my mastercard account shortly after, and the transaction is also described Liyunhu. My card has a pin, how did this happen?!
I had this charge from Rx glasses I got at the Pearl Market.
I also have that on my credit card and an amount of approximately 1.200 dollars withdrawn from my account and I’m sure it was a girl at an eletronic shop in the Honqiao pearl market who sold me a hoverboard for 900 yuan I know it was her because it was the only place in Beijing I used my credit card at but I’m back to my country!! What do I do?
Well it turns out it wasn’t the pearl market girl but Legendale hotel that charged me twice for my room! >
