Gaming app company known as Melsoft. My wife plays My Café and my account gets charged by them.

This is a scam. I got ^$#!ed in my card.
Not a scam. It is a normal (belarussian) mobile game development studio. Transactions are made through the Google Play platform for in-game content on the following games : Farm Frenzy, Farm Frenzy 2, Farm Frenzy: Pizza Party, Farm Frenzy 3, Farm Frenzy 3: Madagascar, Farm Frenzy 3: Russian Roulette, Farm Frenzy 3: Ice Age, Farm Frenzy 3: American Pie, Farm Frenzy: Ancient Rome, Farm Frenzy: Gone Fishing, and Farm Frenzy: Viking Heroes. Crop Busters, Dream Farm, Green City, Green City 2, Island Realms, Jo's Dream: Organic Coffee, Monster Mutiny, Rolling Idols, Rolling Idols: Lost City, Space Roadkill, Spooky Mall, Snow Globe: Farm World, Toy Defense, Toy Defense 2, Toy Defense 3, Toy Monsters, Virtual Farm, Virtual Farm 2, Zuba, Family Island and maybe some others. If you do not recognize the charge, maybe a member of your family plays one of this game on some device, or maybe someone else uses your credit card, but the studio itself is totally legit.
I dont remember making any purchases for this game and I have 2 transactions for $6.99 and 1 for $16.99
