Yep. It's the cafe at Reykjavík airport. I had the same suspicious charge on my card. Forgot I had grabbed a quick snack during a layover.

Yes, this is the small cafe in the C terminal of the Reykjavik airport.
I have not been in any trade but just sitting on a bench thinking that it is the airport that makes it possible to go on the Internet. In any case they would have warned in advance of costs. I intend to go further and complain about this practice
