MACC stands for Monthly Automatic Credit Card payments. Fido MACC, with or without a phone number displayed on your credit card statement, is a pre-authorized, recurring charge for your Fido mobile phone service. If you want to pay Fido a different way, please reach out to Fido. If you do not have service with Fido, but have in the past, contact Fido immediately to resolve the billing error. If they are unable to assist, your credit card company might be able to help you resolve the issue. If you have never had Fido services, contact your credit card company immediately to report fraudulent use of your credit card.
