Edon is a property management company that manages some Government of Alberta buildings. I received a similar looking charge on my debit card which was for a coffee that I bought from a cafeteria on the Legislature grounds. Perhaps you had lunch or paid for something else at one of the government buildings near the legislature?
Similar charge on my statement - EDONPROPINC-GOV. Like Jay says above, it was for my lunch at the cafeteria in the provincial legislature building. In your case the extension - ctrhau, might refer to the cafeteria in the Court House building?
