shown on my card as well, and for me its legit, at first I forgot, and not sure what it was, I was charged twice, the first is $200 something and the second is 20 bucks. but then I remembered this was to pay US visa. If you ever applied US visa online, this is it. (non-refundable US visa) the second charge usually for the delivery service to return your passport/other docs.
