Hi i made an ETA application for myself and my wife and paid for it on the 26th Aug. 2016 but i have not heard anything since then, they say it takes 13 days its now the 19/09/2016 26 days and no emails regarding my application can you help please. Tom

Hi, I applied for Canada TRV for me and my wife on 28th Sept. No response still. Moreover the visa fee is $100 per person, but the credit card shows only 150 as charge. Looks like this is some partial charge. Not sure whom to contact to clarify all this. They have not provided at contact number.

I applied for an ETA for Canada which at the time they have accepted and the charges showing at the time is $7 i have been checking my account but n my card appeared a $6.96. After payment it mentioned that I will received confirmation within 24 to 72 hours and yet I still have not received the confirmation. I'm concerned as I'm arriving in Canada on the 26/12. This merchant name is for The Canadian Immigration Commission. If you have this then its likely you have paid for a visa application fee.
