When I was looking for a hotel to stay the night as we left Vancouver Island heading to Castlegar BC, I reserved and booked through " Booking.com for " the Park Motel in Hope BC "!! I never left this website feeling at ease/safe paying for my reservation through their website? " Booking.com "!! Doing this I was advised would get me a better deal re: room charge "!? My credit card was charged $169.05 immediately October 29th 2022 .. I must add this charge was almost 2 months before we were to arrive. I asked October 30th 2022 why they did this and was told " it was done to get a much better deal on our holiday booking ...Well here I sit on January 10th 2023 after many hours going back and fourth with BOOKING.COM " having to cancel our trip due to really bad weather"December 19th 2022 !!!!! Only to find out that my payment on their website " was actually hacked by " BCF RBI online booking payment " !!!!!! Further to this " BOOKING. com " has no sympathy for all those that get caught up in their on line site that offers trouble free bookings on so many levels. Risky business is my understanding for following the prompts on BOOKING.COM whilst paying for your holiday break on booking charges .com. Like the powers here that be say, " should you see this address on your credit card call it in knowing you have been duped .. " BCF RBI ONLINEPAYMENT Who freak1n knew??
