I think it's for the huntting or fishing licence in SK. I bought a 3 days fishing licenced and I receive this charged me money.
I bought a fishing licence in SK and this showed up on my bank account. However, mine only said Burnaby. It didn't have BC and postal code on it. The amount is correct though so likely that's what it is.
